Typical cooking at 121 ℃, coating amount 4.0-5.0g/㎡; Cooking at 135 ℃, coating amount 4.5-5.5g/㎡.
2: Pay attention to the cleanliness level during the compounding process. 1. All related parts of the equipment, such as the gluing system, including the guide roller, pressure roller, and drying channel, must be thoroughly cleaned to ensure that the aluminum foil is not damaged and the film is not wrinkled; 2. In order to prevent dust and impurities from re-entering the composite film, black spots Impurities are a weak point and may cause damage under the harsh conditions of high-temperature cooking.
3: Control the influence of temperature and humidity, the temperature of the composite roller should reach 80-90 ℃, and a larger composite pressure should be used, the pressure is greater than 0.4mpa. Due to the large amount of glue, good ventilation should be maintained. The curing temperature can be appropriately increased, and the ambient humidity can be controlled. On the one hand, high ambient humidity affects the bonding performance; on the other hand, the commonly used cooking bag base material polyamide is also easily affected.
