The production procedures, key points and dimensions of self-supporting bags are summarized as follows for reference.
Production Procedure
1. Preparation: install a horizontal heat seal knife, a bottom heat seal knife, a reinforced heat seal knife, and install a punching device.
2. The film is threaded and the EPC is set to align with the edges of the bag and the pattern.
3. Adjust the bottom heat sealing knife and enter the length dimension to ensure that the position and direction of the knife are aligned. With the above knife as a reference, adjust the knife and check whether the round hole is round. Set up the photoelectric sensor.
4. Install the bottom film and fold it in the middle. Punch holes in the bottom adjustment film.
5. Adjust the horizontal heat seal so that the position of the heat seal blade is aligned with the printing position.
6. Strengthen the heat seal block and apply pressure at the intersection of the four layers.
7. Adjust the cutting blade and edge cutting device.
8. Confirm and adjust the bottom punching position and the bottom heat sealing position. Confirm and adjust the position of the horizontal heat seal knife and strengthen the heat seal block. Confirm the heat sealing strength and adjust the heat sealing temperature.
Key points of production
1. The tension of the bottom film should not be too high. If the tension is too large, the round hole at the bottom will be deformed. The general tension is 0.05~0.2mpa.
2. The pressure of the first group of hot sealing knives is higher and the temperature is lower, while the second group and the third group use normal temperature and pressure.
3. Adjust the spring pressure of the heat sealing block to zero, and only allow the weight of the heat sealing device to work.
4. The silica gel plate generally uses a hardness of 50 °, and when the sealing area is small, a plate with a hardness of 70 ° is used.
5. When heat sealing, the oval round hole at the bottom can increase the waiting time by 100 minutes.
The bag making speed is generally 100 pieces/minute.
